A complete application package for Regular, Reciprocal or Mobility applicants consists of documents #1 through #13 (with one of 2a, 2b, OR 2c, as appropriate).
Applicants seeking Temporary registration should begin by downloading 2d and select the appropriate documents as indicated in the application instructions.
All forms and documents required to make an application for registration with the College are available for download at no cost. If you wish to request an application form or other materials to be mailed to you, print off the Application Package Request Form and mail it to the College, along with the appropriate fee.

AGM Update
The College AGM for the 2010 year and this year’s continuing competency presentation was held at SFU Harbour Centre on May 26, 2011.
Approximately 24% (n=257) of all registrants practicing in British Columbia attended the meeting through sites in Vancouver and Victoria, and through the webcast.
The Board, Committee, and Registrar reports covered important areas that impact on the regulation of the psychology profession in British Columbia.
The continuing competency presentation on “The CPBC Code of Conduct: A Psychologist’s Best Friend” was well-received and sparked active participation and interest.
Attendance at the AGM may be applied towards Category C of the Continuing Competency Program requirements (1 hour). Attendance at the continuing competency presentation may be applied towards Category A and towards Category D requirements (1 hour).
All registrants should now have received a copy of the 2010 Annual Report, a copy of which is also available on the website under the Publications tab.
College Website

Planned functions include online address changes that can be automatically submitted to the College office and online College workshop and event sign-up and RSVP capability.

Notice to College Registrants
Registrants are advised that British Columbia's Representative for Children and Youth issued a report on April 14, 2011 titled "Phallometric Testing and B.C.'s Youth Justice System." This report contains a review of, and recommendations regarding, the use of phallometric testing with adolescents engaged with the criminal justice system as a consequence of sexual offending. All registrants should familiarize themselves with the contents of this report and make note of its recommendations. A copy of the report may be found by clicking here.
The College has this report under careful review and will provide registrants with further information as appropriate.
